Well...I wish I could, but I can't recommend incorporating Cambridge in your fasting regimen. Cambridge is based on protecting the body while consuming very low calorie and that is only accomplished with consistent regular servings and not denying nutritional needs in the process. Our bodies are very efficient in regulating energy sources, but when denied nutrients it can catabolize muscle protein, organ, even bone as an energy (calorie) source either before or while using fat. This is why crash type diets can place a heavy toll on long term overall health. You won't notice the effects immediately, but over time you may experience health problems and not make the connection. The 8 years of research Cambridge performed in hospitals and clinics was based on achieving nitrogen balance. This indicated lean tissues were not being lost while losing the fat.
It's totally up to you of course how you use Cambridge, but when you deviate from the recommended program, I can't promise you it won't have a negative impact at some point.
