I've been doing lots of fasting since I've been away I'm talking intermittent fasting water fasting soft and dry fasting and even extended fasting. Is it okay for me to incorporate my fasting with SS Cambridge since I'm so use to it. I've fast from 16 hrs to 72hrs to 5 straight days before. I would like to incorporate Cambridge into my fasting lifestyle. Whatcha think? Because of my fasting I really think I'm ready for SS Cambridge.

Well...I wish I could, but I can't recommend incorporating Cambridge in your fasting regimen. Cambridge is based on protecting the body while consuming very low calorie and that is only accomplished with consistent regular servings and not denying nutritional needs in the process. Our bodies are very efficient in regulating energy sources, but when denied nutrients it can catabolize muscle protein, organ, even bone as an energy (calorie) source either before or while using fat. This is why crash type diets can place a heavy toll on long term overall health. You won't notice the effects immediately, but over time you may experience health problems and not make the connection. The 8 years of research Cambridge performed in hospitals and clinics was based on achieving nitrogen balance. This indicated lean tissues were not being lost while losing the fat.
It's totally up to you of course how you use Cambridge, but when you deviate from the recommended program, I can't promise you it won't have a negative impact at some point.
Please don't misconstrue me being in disagreement as me being a jerk. I respect you and your insight. However, fasting is a way of life for me, and I don't see a problem with incorporating a healthy Cambridge meals as part of it. I don't know anyone who stick 100% to Cambridge rules so I will be fine. No harm intended Pam.
No worries Ramona. As I said, you are free to do as you want. I could tell you are committed to what you are doing, but you asked and I actually expected that response.
I am obligated as a Distributor to advise people to stick to the program according to how it was designed to be used. My only concern is safety and a successful outcome, in that order. There are specific guidelines and liability issues when you sell a health product that we have to abide by. Even in my advertising, I am constantly having to revise text and subject to pacify Google Adwords and Facebook, etc. Everyone is afraid of liability and heaven help us all if someone uses the products against advice, has a health crisis while doing it, even if unrelated, decides to sue the company, and we lose our Cambridge! Worst case scenario of course, but it actually did happen back in the early days of the company.
My purpose is to advise and support. What people do from there is obviously up to them. But being a representative of the company, I have to "stick with the program" as they say.
