You're doing great. Choosing something like cucumbers or celery can really satisfy the need to chew with no impact to your weight loss. I tend to be a nibbler and like crunch so I would take some celery and cut it lengthwise in to long sticks and then do like a hamster! lol! Sometimes I would use a little low cal Italian dressing to dip. Most people can't binge on raw veg. It tends to be self limiting.
