My husband's blood sugars were finally within the normal range. He is more responsive and his Chest X-ray has signifcantly improved. With all of that good news, I feel as if I can focus on me.
I walked in my community park (Overpeck) for the first time since last October. I put on my UP fitness band again. I worked out at the gym today. I had my Chocolate Rich Shake and I am good to go. I weighed myself (for the last time) until mid-September.
I put my Joannie Greggains video back in and tonight I will be strengthening my core because I was abyssmal at the gym today when I was asked to do the "plank". It was pitiful.
I hope my husband keeps improving because that gives me a little hope to keep improving MYSELF. I am a "worry-wart",
