It's like the Boogeyman. You and I need to develop strategies to offset what we know is coming, i.e., return to obesity. It's just waiting there. However, after we find other MORE IMPORTANT things to do and love (other than food), the addiction will eventually no longer be driving our every thought.
That's what I think.
