I came back home to a weekend (Labor day) of festivities, birthdays and holiday celebrations and since I was happy with my weight, I indulged... only difference is I was active at all! I wasn't even walking 1 mile a day! Couldn't make that 1 mile mark! Wow.
That was just the Labor day weekend and the rest of the week I just couldn't focus on committing to anything healthy wise.
Here I am now a week later from being home and get on the scale to read 305! It is what it is and maybe it could have been worse so I'll take it with a grain of salt and start now.
