Go to the gym and find a big punching bag. Put a sign on it that says "Day 3" and beat the stuffing out of it!
You've got this MaryL. Every hour that passes, give yourself a pat on the back and tell yourself that you are powering through this like a locomotive! No Day 3 is going to derail you!
