This is Day 7 but it should be Day 1.Weekends are rough for anyone on a diet. The weekend has been one of my downfalls. Night eating through the work week is even worse. Day 6 wasn't good. I struggled and failed. On Day 6 I ate a slice of my husband's Apple Fritter bread toasted and buttered, of course. I ate stuffed peppers. I ate 2 baked potatoes, and popcorn. While at work I ate 2 chocolate bars, and a marble rye, roast beef, provolone cheese sandwich with miracle whip. I felt like I couldn't control my impulses and was compelled to eat. The strangest thing about yesterday is wasn't a "binging" event, but it was an all day event. But I am back and ready to do "battle with my demons". It's Day 7. I am back on track but taking it one minute at a time. My breakfast - a pumpkin vanilla shake. I have absolutely no appetite which is quite liberating! Everyone have a great day.
