Re: Cambridge and 1 Meal Per Day
Sounds like a plan! I've had hundreds of clients, including my own husband, have tremendous success using Cambridge and a calorie controlled meal each day. For him it was 3 Cambridge plus a big green salad with veggies like green onions, tomato, and cucumber along with 3 grilled chicken tenders and some low cal dressing.
Since we are dealing with both the emotional and the physical challenges of losing weight, it makes sense that we design a personal plan that works for both. Keep us posted on how you do
