I had to laugh at that! I very clearly remember the first time I walked a mile around the track with NO ONE passing me! It was a huge moment. When I first started walking, little old ladies and toddlers were easily passing me by. Not a day goes by that I am not grateful for each painful step and milestone that brought me back to life.
