I've had a couple of rough weeks health wise but I think things are getting dialed in now. The good thing is that it has motivated me more then ever to commit to my health. I want to avoid relying on pharmacuticals to maintain good numbers. BP and diabetes has dogged me the majoriety of my life since teen years so I've done pretty good so far, but I can't get away with any periods of sloppiness or apathy. Super vigilance is my only option. I met with my new primary care Dr yesterday and discussed my attack plan and she is 100% supportive.
So even if it's just a few of us here, we don't value our friends by their numbers, but by their quality, and I think we've got that covered!
