I have some numbers I need to leave behind as well Sonali. My A1C and my BP. Both got completely out of control again so I am making a run for my life right now. SSing Cambridge,using my new incline treadmill, kettlebell, and stretches is my daily job. I'm going to get to that ultimate goal of 145! At that point, if my numbers are not good, then I will have to accept I've done all I can and comply with the meds looming ahead of me. Let's do this!
