Very true, but from all I've heard about Zumba groups, they are very supportive of the people each doing their own level of movements. Hopefully that is true of this group. Unfortunately, you only look 35 so they probably expect you to lead the class! lol!

Having fun while moving is a good enough goal I think. Maybe starting with some beginner videos at home and working up to a class level would work?
