Hi Pam, I started at 202 and managed to get to 190. I started a 1200 calorie diet and lost 40 in 8 months and I’m getting 1 pound a month, couldn’t think about 6 more months to hit my goal so....I’m back to my old friend Cambridge to get me to my goal so I can return to the slow diet as maintenance. I’ve also started using an elliptical and love it! I’m 66 and I feel like I’m 40. I love the lifestyle change and have learned to watch what I eat but Cambridge is the best for a quick change. I first used Cambridge in the late 1970’s, it’s an old friend! Hope you are doing well, we chatted on the phone a few years ago and you make this board special.
