16th Week and still counting Posted by Yvonne on 12/3/2018, 9:54 am Good morning everyone: Yes, it's been been about four months on Cambridge and I have an estabished routine of Cambridge, walking, exercycle, calisthenics and 2 quarts of water. Of course, I am not perfect, but my focus has not been lost. I return to the routine whenever I have been distracted or deviate (for whatever reason). For me the routine is more important than what I put in my mouth. The size 14 fits well and I will not be buying any more clothes until these literally fall off. My 20-22 dresses are too big now and I have donated them to charity. My children noticed the siginificant change in my appearance at Thanksgiving, which has motivated my daughter to stay on her weight loss program, I think. However, she is grown and I have to do what I think is best for me, instead of worrying about everybody else. But, most times you can't help it. With the holidays upon us, I am more vigilant than in the past. I don't know where this road will lead me, but I am staying on it (no matter what!). I just finished stuffing, sealing, and stamping 350 Christmas cards for family and friends. And now for the Christmas tree!

I’ve been on a slow diet and lost 40 in 9 months. I want my goal for Christmas and started SS December 1, so far, so good! Best of luck and support to all my Cambridge friends!

I started a 1200 calorie diet and lost 40 in 8 months and I’m getting 1 pound a month, couldn’t think about 6 more months to hit my goal so....I’m back to my old friend Cambridge to get me to my goal so I can return to the slow diet as maintenance. I’ve also started using an elliptical and love it! I’m 66 and I feel like I’m 40. I love the lifestyle change and have learned to watch what I eat but Cambridge is the best for a quick change. I first used Cambridge in the late 1970’s, it’s an old friend! Hope you are doing well, we chatted on the phone a few years ago and you make this board special.

You've already got that in the bag! We just bought a treadmill that I am very much in love with! I feel fantastic when I get off of it and the few days I've skipped I really notice a difference in my energy. Ellipticals are tough! Much respect for getting it done on one of those! lol!
