I've been doing it for a few days now and I'm thrilled with it! I've already noticed benefits. I've had a bad shoulder for several years now that cracked and popped whenever I moved it above shoulder height. It was really bad the first couple of days, but today, no popping or cracking! I can go through all the movements without any sign of it.
The 3rd rep completely kicks my butt, but I feel so great after that it's worth it. How was it for you? Do you find it hard pushing through the last rep? I love that I can even do it in my bathroom.
I've slacked up the past 2 days on the treadmill. Feeling a little guilty, but Andy wanted to go to the beach and walk so I'm counting that! lol!
