Oh my gosh you guys...this is pretty amazing Posted by Pam T on 12/17/2018, 4:31 pm I found this video on mercola.com while searching for natural ways to treat hypertension. As I mentioned, my numbers have been creeping up and BP meds make me incredibly ill. I'm focusing on weight loss and exercise and some meditation to see how much progress I can make. This may not look like much, but it totally kicks butt! It stimulates the nitric oxide that not only stimulates muscle growth and oxygenation, but more importantly for me, also relaxes blood vessels and lowers BP. I'm doing it 3xs a day and by the 3rd rep I can barely haul my arms up. I've been using our treadmill daily as well as my kettle-bell and thought I was doing pretty well fitness wise, but this tells me otherwise! lol! I would love for you all to try it and hear what you think. Link: 4 minute workout

I will definitely incorporate this 4 min work out to my daily regimen. I walked 3 miles yesterday... I am hoping I can keep up and maybe increase it. Baby steps...

I've had a bad shoulder for several years now that cracked and popped whenever I moved it above shoulder height. It was really bad the first couple of days, but today, no popping or cracking! I can go through all the movements without any sign of it. The 3rd rep completely kicks my butt, but I feel so great after that it's worth it. How was it for you? Do you find it hard pushing through the last rep? I love that I can even do it in my bathroom. I've slacked up the past 2 days on the treadmill. Feeling a little guilty, but Andy wanted to go to the beach and walk so I'm counting that! lol!
