Oh my gosh you guys...this is pretty amazing

I found this video on mercola.com while searching for natural ways to treat hypertension. As I mentioned, my numbers have been creeping up and BP meds make me incredibly ill. I'm focusing on weight loss and exercise and some meditation to see how much progress I can make. This may not look like much, but it totally kicks butt! It stimulates the nitric oxide that not only stimulates muscle growth and oxygenation, but more importantly for me, also relaxes blood vessels and lowers BP. I'm doing it 3xs a day and by the 3rd rep I can barely haul my arms up. I've been using our treadmill daily as well as my kettle-bell and thought I was doing pretty well fitness wise, but this tells me otherwise! lol! I would love for you all to try it and hear what you think.
