It's the perfect day to start SS-1st day of the new year. I am mentally prepared. I weighed myself and recorded the weight early this morning. I will take photos and record measurements. I have the tools to do the job right from start to finish. I know- like most people I start out with enthusiasm but then something happens to discourage me. Then the inevitable happens - I give up. I am not looking for encouragement from anyone but I want to report in to hold myself accountable. I think it helps. I will report in tonight.
