After reading Pam's post about her weight loss, I decided NOT to wait until tomorrow to resume the 4-minute workout, but to do it NOW.
I finished the workout and my fingers are tingling. I feel great (not just because I did the workout) but because it was a mini-success for me to do it. I did what I SAID I was going to do.
I also was full-fledged focus on Cambridge today 100%. My first day truly back since the holidays.

Now, I am going to bed with a smile on my face.
