I reviewed the guidelines again and I appears that 3 shakes are OK on the day when the meal is allowed. How many people are trying this method? My body is telling me it is liking it very much. It's Day 1 and with the breakfast of eggs and sausages I haven't any desire to eat and forced myself to finally have my first shake at about 5 pm. It's 7 PM and I am still debating when to have my next shake. With most other attempts to do Cambridge SS I would have cheated already by running to the vending machine for chips, peanuts, or candy. Thank you for giving me hope.
