You've done it in the past so you know you are capable. Don't give up. It will soon click and you will be on your way. Maybe consider the experiment I shared and some are trying. Adding a low carb, moderate protein, high fat meal every other day. This would be a tightly controlled meal. You can read about it below. Let me know if you have any questions.
