Hi Yvonne I am glad your Husband is getting better!i know what you mean I start then I binge eat...I have lost 14 so far started on March 6 the day of Lent..i have been adding on Tuesday and Thursday and meal like chicken ,or fish ,sometimes a steak and a vegetable then next day I start back SS ..I teach Special Ed. in High School so I stay real busy..i saw your picture at Mardi Gras you look amazing!! you can do it again ..
