I'm thrilled to hear this! I really think this will work, and you can adapt it to your needs. Just knowing you can have your protein/fat meal either every day or only on a day if you need it can really remove some of the emotional struggle without waking up the appetite. I encourage to keep it simple. Just salt for seasoning if any.
