I'm feelin' it!! Posted by Yvonne on 4/3/2019, 8:06 pm Hi, everyone: I took Pam's advice about fat and protein and I feel much better today. My cravings have almost disappeared which allows me to focus on my routine and "the process" of Cambridge for me. Hang in there, folks!! Check out Pam's "before" pix. It makes you want to work harder.

Just knowing you can have your protein/fat meal either every day or only on a day if you need it can really remove some of the emotional struggle without waking up the appetite. I encourage to keep it simple. Just salt for seasoning if any.

I will try to even keep that additional protein/fat meal to a minimum because my appetite and just the act of "chewing" can trigger me "off to the races". Ketosis is a very fragile and evanescent state. So, thank you for the tip!!
