I work from home and it's just as hard (maybe worse). I was working intently when it hit me. I AM HUNGRY. I know I am not starving, I know I am not weak or feeling low I am just missing to chew something. I looked at the calendar and almost convinced myself to start tomorrow? Why because I would have today to chew and binge yet again. I opened the fridge and grabbed leftovers, a few bowls, the cereal box then STOPPED! I put everything back and came back to my office room and thought, Wow! Where's the hotline for EA LOL so here I am typing this. I don't know if I'll be this strong later or tomorrow or in the week but I do know that I chose to send another note rather then be pigging out in the kitchen instead.
This is LITERALLY NOT easy. Help!
