This is period week for me so it's tough... I know it sounds like an excuse but I crave even what I normally don't like.
So far I've walked 10,000 steps (4 miles) and it's only 4:30p for me (I'm in CA). I'll be off work around 6pm and soon as I have my third and last shake, I'll take Martha (10-yr. old American Bulldog) for her evening walk and hopefully by the time I head to bed I've completed my goal of at least 15-16K steps.
Sounds easy peasy? But as the minutes pass and the hours, I am here in agony debating on whether to have a piece of this and that just for today... and that's usually my struggle on the daily.
