then I believe you're on the right track. I know everyone is different and bodies react differently with diets and exercise, but as long as you don't give up you'll eventually get there. This is period week for me so it's tough... I know it sounds like an excuse but I crave even what I normally don't like. So far I've walked 10,000 steps (4 miles) and it's only 4:30p for me (I'm in CA). I'll be off work around 6pm and soon as I have my third and last shake, I'll take Martha (10-yr. old American Bulldog) for her evening walk and hopefully by the time I head to bed I've completed my goal of at least 15-16K steps. Sounds easy peasy? But as the minutes pass and the hours, I am here in agony debating on whether to have a piece of this and that just for today... and that's usually my struggle on the daily. |
