Slowly surely works. I wish I could walk like that. I went to the gym today, but can't do much. My sciatica pain is unbearable. I do the recumbent bike and weights and also 4 minute workout three times. I am down 40 1/2 161/2 to get my hip surgery. One day at a time. Today I am hungry. Between 4 and 8 is the worse. Have a great time in Vegas.
