Thanks PAM !!! I plan to cut my carbs over time...just making better and better choices. I had not planned to do that third serving of CD...but I think that's a good idea ! I dont like meat, so getting enough protein without the carbs is kinda challenging for me. If I add that third serving, I'll get more fluids, more protein and more vitamins. What's not to love about THAT ?!?!?! :-D Thanks so much for that suggestion !!!
