The truth is we are all human and it is really hard to do a semi -fast". It is mind over matter. I do the same thing you are doing when I try to do SS perfectly, and then I beat myself up because I am not doing 100%. I think it's Ok to have a low carb go to if needed to stay on track. For me something high protein works well with a stalk of celery. Pam suggested pickles or olive juice helps in a recent post.
I want join you and start SS soon but for a few more days I am trying to take in probiotics and healthy foods. By next Monday I hope to be back.
Sonali you are unstoppable once you get into your groove. Just don't give up. I know you can do this!
