I have been drinking my 3 shakes, plenty of water, and 1-2 teas daily but for some reason, I want to break and chew so I'll grab a banana, apple, a few watermelon pieces, etc.
Today I was determine to not pick on anything, but in between my two shakes I had the urge of food.. well, actually my sister showed up with leftover food and instead of diving in, I grabbed a handful of cherries and now eating a nectarine as I type this.
It's better than having junk food, but how can I stop?
Ps. It's also period week... may that have anything to do with it, or am I just justifying it and trying to excuse my situation? LOL
