Those scale numbers can really carry so much impact. The thing is, they are seldom accurate or consistent from one scale to another. Even the pricey ones, the so called professional scales in Dr's offices. Andy and I had a Dr appt last week. We each got weighed on different scales in the same office. Neither one matched what we had weighed right before leaving on our 2 scales at home. We're talking pounds different! Then we switched scales at the Dr's and darn if they weren't different from each other too! By 3.5 lbs!! So who knows which of any of them were accurate! lol! Ok, rant over I of course choose to believe the one that weighed me in the lightest

Anyway.. I admire your resolve. I know that each day you will put more and more distance between you and that 300!
