I am checking in just to say hello and see what's happening......I see there's not much happening. Today for lunch I enjoyed a small meal of chicken breast and cucumbers and of course I enjoyed the Dutch Chocolate Original Shake for breakfast. I'll have another shake at 7 pm.
I found some great exercises on YouTube including a 7 minutes leg workout for those that suffer from Lymphedema. I would like to start that this week and see how it goes. She has a variety of exercises designed for different degrees of fitness, different time frames.
