Day 3 Posted by MaryL on 8/7/2019, 7:28 pm Hi everyone. I hope you are doing well. I am checking in just to say hello and see what's happening......I see there's not much happening. Today for lunch I enjoyed a small meal of chicken breast and cucumbers and of course I enjoyed the Dutch Chocolate Original Shake for breakfast. I'll have another shake at 7 pm. I found some great exercises on YouTube including a 7 minutes leg workout for those that suffer from Lymphedema. I would like to start that this week and see how it goes. She has a variety of exercises designed for different degrees of fitness, different time frames. Everyone enjoy your evening

Keep us posted on your progress. Could you share the link to it? I have several customers who are also dealing with Lymphedema and I would love to pass this along to them.
