I lost most of my weight when I *DIDN'T* weigh!! Yeah, I know, right!
I just created a daily routine and I stuck to it NO MATTER WHAT!! Cambridge, bike, situps, Cambridge, bed.
Perhaps, you need to create a daily routine of your own and just stick to it and not weigh——— because Cambridge will get you to wherever you want to go with the weight loss and there is really no need to weigh once you get into the *groove*.
That's all I have to offer. I have my own food demons to deal with now and I am hoping that you will demolish yours.
