It IS amazing TO ME, TOO!! I don’t know if the workouts are that strenuous; however, it lasts for an hour with the trainer. I feel excellent afterwards.

I have so much energy now.

My clothes are fitting better. Numbers don’t lie, but the scale does! So I just keep trying on my clothes and seeing how they fit. The numbers on the scale play tricks with my mind and motivation every time I weigh. So, consequently, I don’t weigh! . It’s working!
