As I have known for decades, losing weight is one of (if not the) most difficult endeavors for a human being. That's why we are still fat.

Anyway, "stuff" interfered with my mental focus and I just didn't have the ooomph to stay on sole-source. However, it's not over until it's over!!

Today, I got enough sleep and I am determined to start again.
