Well, I'm starting again Posted by Yvonne on 1/26/2020, 10:02 am As I have known for decades, losing weight is one of (if not the) most difficult endeavors for a human being. That's why we are still fat. Anyway, "stuff" interfered with my mental focus and I just didn't have the ooomph to stay on sole-source. However, it's not over until it's over!! Today, I got enough sleep and I am determined to start again. Never give up, never, never give up!!!

Give us a pep talk. What does an average day look for you as far as shakes and routine? You have come a long way. We can do this. I want this over. I think we are around the same age. You are not alone in this fight.

Well, MaryL, my mind is "made up" (at least for today). Yesterday was a good sole source for me and I am trying to ride the wave for another day NO MATTER WHAT!! I have 45 pounds more to lose.
