I split the four servings of Cambridge into 2 in the morning and 2 at night (Original Rich Chocolate).

I am too busy during the day and I look forward to having the remainder of my Cambridge sole source when I get home. Then I plop into bed.

I don't drink coffee, but I do love my tea with Coffeemate creamer (yeah, baby). Only 10 calories per liquid container. I'm NOT giving up my Coffeemate!!
