I knew your husband had a stroke a few months back and that he was in a rehab facility. I had no idea he contracted COVID-19. Oh my goodness. God bless you both. So glad to read he has recovered. I can only imagine the worry and stress you have been under. I suppose it been weeks since you have been able to see him.

I know you are right. If we just stick to a good plan, we will see results. I spent a lot of my youthful overweight years looking for the perfect plan. My thinking was if I could just find the right plan, then it would be so much easier to diet and lose weight. Ha ha, I'm sure you can guess how my search for the "perfect diet" went.
