Well, I don't know about "progress reports" and I haven't heard from Sonali. All I do know is to follow the program I have established for myself and try to adhere to it. June 1st will be my "progress report" and that date is all I am focusing on right now and staying on my program.

"Plan you work and work your plan" was what one of my old Weight Watchers leaders would say.
