Here's a quick update: Walks are strong! Walking about 10-12k steps a day
Water intake - At least 3 liters daily
Food intake - NOT THE BEST! I start with a shake and end... well not good... Work and home stressors are on high gear.
But I keep reminding myself that 1 Franklin bill is waiting for me June 1st. So, I might have given Yvonne a head start, but watch out cause here I come!
Meanwhile, I AM STUGGLING... it hasn't been easy, just know that I haven't given up yet.
