I am here... Posted by Sonali on 5/7/2020, 3:06 pm Just saying hello! Work has been crazy busy... I am typing this post as I listen in on a Teams call... it's been non-stop for me. Here's a quick update: Walks are strong! Walking about 10-12k steps a day Water intake - At least 3 liters daily Food intake - NOT THE BEST! I start with a shake and end... well not good... Work and home stressors are on high gear. But I keep reminding myself that 1 Franklin bill is waiting for me June 1st. So, I might have given Yvonne a head start, but watch out cause here I come! Meanwhile, I AM STUGGLING... it hasn't been easy, just know that I haven't given up yet. Good day everyone.

Count yourself lucky with all this unemployment around us. It's better to have "job" stressors than "no-job" stressors (if you know what I mean). Every time I don't want to walk, I think of you and that thought catapults me out of my easy chair and on to the walking track in the park. C-note, here I come!! That "1 Franklin bill" is going to look mighty good in MY bank account on June 1st. Keep going, Sonali. We can do it. We HAVE to do it!!
