I need to once again go back and read to get caught up.
Those of you that have succeeded at weight loss, ANY weight loss, during all these stressful events going on has a lot to be proud of. Those that managed to not gain weight should also give themselves a pat on the back. Stress is the enemy of weight loss. It messes with hormones and sleep and gut health. Do whatever you can to bring some peace in to your day, even if it is only a few moments of meditation or deep breathing. Don't lose sight of your health goals and hope for better things to come.
