Hey guys Posted by Pam T on 6/2/2020, 9:13 pm I am once again delinquent in my attendance here at the support board. It's probably going to be this way for me for a bit longer. Trying to sell and buy a home during all this madness going on was a crazy idea. Nothing has been easy or timely. Like pushing 2 boulders uphill. If all goes well, we will be moved in our new home the beginning of July. Whew! We are still waiting on her loan approval (well..ours too) and the buyers FHA appraisal in our current home. We are eating this elephant 1 bite at a time. I need to once again go back and read to get caught up. Those of you that have succeeded at weight loss, ANY weight loss, during all these stressful events going on has a lot to be proud of. Those that managed to not gain weight should also give themselves a pat on the back. Stress is the enemy of weight loss. It messes with hormones and sleep and gut health. Do whatever you can to bring some peace in to your day, even if it is only a few moments of meditation or deep breathing. Don't lose sight of your health goals and hope for better things to come.

However, it should give all of us an opportunity to self-reflect on what is important and what is not. Peace, respect and love for each other are paramount. My fingers are crossed for a good outcome regarding your new home.
