Here's a bit more encouragement. At today's check-in on Sunday August 2, 2020 the scales show me at 209.8 pounds. Still have ZERO desire for food or snacks. This coming from a guy that used to walk into Shakey's for lunch (all you can eat) and the staff would start to look scared. Lol.
That's 40.4 pounds lost in the last 41 days. 6 weeks. 9.6 pounds in the last 10 days. So, in theory, that will be 80 pounds in 12 weeks. 40 more pounds would put me at 170. I think that is a tad too low but I will see.
