Thanks for the book tip on Original Cambridge Diet handbook (1984 by Eugene Boe). Wow! That book is hard to find. No local libraries had it. Amazon does not have it. Eureka, I found it on archive.org.

If I had on my tin foil hat I would almost say there is a hidden agenda to cycle folks through the fast food, processed food commerce to plump up everyone then cycle them through physicians for all their medical problems then finally cycle them them through Big Pharma for all the expensive $$$ prescription treatments (not cures mind you! that would stop the money train) then rinse and repeat. But, that would only be if I put on a tinfoil hat. Everything is fine, don't worry, watch more tv, watch more ads, consume, consume, consume and spend money on liabilities, not assets. OK, off my soapbox, Lol.
