I wouldn't get too worried about the vitamins that would be depleted in an older package of Cambridge.
I have consumed 4 (110 calorie) shakes per day since I started losing weight with Cambridge and have done well (when I stuck to it).
My husband has had some setbacks and therefore, I have not been focused on me. Now, he has overcome these concerns and I can focus on losing the last 50 pounds needed to get to my goal.
So, if you are willing, will you walk with me through my latest attempt at sticking with Cambridge? It's much better when I have a "buddy".
Eugene Boe (who wrote the handbook about Cambridge) also wrote a book about fasting. Vitamins are important, but when one fasts, they just take a vitamin pill (no calories). With that being said, if you are concerned about vitamin depletion in an "expired" Cambridge product, take a pill.
The weight loss should be rapid enough that there should be little concern about prolonged vitamin deficiencies.
Age quod agis!!
Happy Labor Day, my friend.
