Where is time going?! Well, here's to another month... I am still trying, not perfect but not giving up.
Have a good day everyone.
Question - So Cambridge doesn't expire... per say but vitamins may not be that potent when taking is what I understood? What if I took 4, instead of 3 shakes? Comments?

I will be selling my Cambridge Diet Dutch Chocolate in increments of 6 Pouches at the same price I paid for it.
Sonaly this is from Pam's post
"The general advice about unopened pouches was 3 to 5 yrs depending on how it he been stored. If it had been in a hot damp environment then it could be less. 6 months if opened and kept in a cool dry place. You can open it and see how it tastes and smells. You would notice it smelling off. It's still ok to consume, but as oxygen gets in the container it will start to degrade the micronutrients over time. It won't necessarily be "bad", just possibly reduced in nutrients which is important when using sole source."
I am selling what I have on Ebay.
Dutch Chocolate 330. Go to Ebay and type in Cambridge Diet. Will try to post it by tomorrow.
You and I have come a long way over the years. I am so saddened to hear that you will be "selling what I have on Ebay".
Does this sale mean you no longer will be on your quest to lose weight?
I am so disheartened will all that is swirling around us but I will not be deterred from trying to get to my goal. I hope you will keep going despite Pam not being on the Board as much and the USA Cambridge company closing. We need to keep the faith, MaryL.
Hang in there!
Actually posted by me, Yvonne

That was my message at 9:51 am today.
I just wanted to be accurate.
American vs. UK

In the USA, according to Pam, we were supposed to be consuming 440 calories per day any way (compared to the 330 calories, as originally prescribed by Dr. Alan Howard, who created Cambridge formula).
I wouldn't get too worried about the vitamins that would be depleted in an older package of Cambridge.
I have consumed 4 (110 calorie) shakes per day since I started losing weight with Cambridge and have done well (when I stuck to it).
My husband has had some setbacks and therefore, I have not been focused on me. Now, he has overcome these concerns and I can focus on losing the last 50 pounds needed to get to my goal.
So, if you are willing, will you walk with me through my latest attempt at sticking with Cambridge? It's much better when I have a "buddy".
Eugene Boe (who wrote the handbook about Cambridge) also wrote a book about fasting. Vitamins are important, but when one fasts, they just take a vitamin pill (no calories). With that being said, if you are concerned about vitamin depletion in an "expired" Cambridge product, take a pill.
The weight loss should be rapid enough that there should be little concern about prolonged vitamin deficiencies.
