Hi Yvonne, I'm still here. Doing my mad scientist experimenting on my way down to 185. Learning a lot this last month on what will cause my weight to go up and what will maintain it and what will cause it to drop. The 8 oz steak experiment really shocked me. All good here. Went back into SS 6 days ago and now down 13 pounds. Again my guess it's mainly water. The experimenting seems to have helped me a lot on what to expect and what will be required when I hit 180-185. In my experience at least, the weight will go on a lot faster than it will come off. I suppose everyone's metabolism is different. Again, once in ketosis I have zero desire for food. No cravings whatsoever.
